As a teacher with fourteen years' classroom experience, I have developed my understanding of learning technologies by using them with my pupils.

 

This has informed my belief that by using the power of online resources, mobile devices and cloud-based tools, we can access a learning environment that enables creativity, collaboration and communication in ways that allow for true personalisation of learning.

 

I currently work with primary, secondary schools, further and higher education establishments in both state and independent sectors to support them in the integration of technology. I also still teach one day per week which enables me to ensure the relevance and practicality of the technologies on which I train!

 

Working with both students and educators, I am passionate about the place of learning technology within the curriculum and I enjoy designing and establishing innovative learning environments.
